The aim of this project is to evaluate the prediction accuracy of existing calculation methods by means of  test results. In this context, the physical sources for the deviations between test results and precalculations shall be investigated by means of analytical and numerical methods. Calculation methods shall be further developed, so that their prediction accuracy allows the development of more profitable generators and a systematic improvement of the generators' efficiency.
