Control of Active Micro Systems

This part of the SFB 516 project deals with the development and investigation of control algorithms based on a sliding mode controller which are designed for the specific requirements of micro actuators. In addition, a power electronic system which meets the special needs of actuators is under development. Our goal is to integrate the various control components, in order to achieve a compact and mainly integrated unit.
