Once again this year, our institute was represented by a delegation of five people, making it one of the largest German teams at the International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS). The 28th edition of the conference took place from November 16 to 19 in Busan, South Korea.

In addition to presenting our latest research results, we were able to engage in enriching discussions with other experts and researchers from the broad field of electrical machines and are grateful for the informative experiences.

The list of publications, which will soon be available for download on IEEE Xplore:

Sven Auferheide: Investigation of Hybrid Rotor Topologies for Electrically Excited Synchronous Motors in Traction Drives

Fiona Cena: Investigation of Different Rotor Topologies of Induction Motors in the High-Frequency Range

Marvin Hengelsberg: Electrical Equivalent Network for a Time-Efficient Calculation of Current Harmonics in Salient Pole Synchronous Machines

Long Hoffmann: Investigation of Skewed Sinusoidal Cavities in Additively Manufactured Rotors of Electric Machines

Emin Karakilic: Investigation of a Dual-Rotor Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor Regarding High Torque Density
